Salient Features of "IN-PLANT" Training
Theory is entirely different from practical. In general life, some of the problems are to be solved with our own knowledge but some can be solved only with practically knowledge. While making "Pot" is very simple in theoretical, making it practically is a "difficult" task. The "In-Plant" Training is neither a "Certification" Course nor a "Class-room Environmental one". Every student's life plays a unique role during this course. "In-Plant" Training provides various techniques, ideas and also leads the students to think on their own. It will also enable the students to induce and implement own creativity, innovative skills, new-thoughts etc. Apart from the theoretical knowledge gained from Colleges/Institutions, "In-Plant" training will ultimately lead the students to adopt full-fledged basic & practical knowledge of the Companies in the day-to-day Process of various modules.
In an "In-Plant" training, there are "rebuff" sermon, Seminars and tests etc., It will emphasize students of their self-interest in own source of stream by guidance with friendly working environment. Students are initially counseled in order to emerge out of their interest in various streams and to know basic concepts they know on that domain.
Upon successful completion of the training, the students will come out with in-depth knowledge of practicality Process. In a competitive world with many problems, it will enable the students to find the right solutions to be solved with bare minimum time.
The "In-Plant" is an integrated practical learning experience that encourages students to break away from the compartmentalization of the different disciples. It aims to provide students with opportunities to explore the inter-relationships and inter-connectedness of specific knowledge of subject.
